'Carrie' was author Stephen King's first published novel. Released on 15th of April 1974, it revolves around the eponymous Carietta N. White, a high school misfit who is bullied relentlessly before finally using her newly discovered telekinetic powers to exact revenge on her tormenters, whilst simultaneously causing one of the worst local disasters in America.

Joyce Grenfell was a British comedienne, and queen of the comic monologue. An acclaimed comedy performer on stage, radio and television. Kimberley Russell re-imagines her iconic creations in a one women show, performing Joyce's monologues and songs, as she takes us on a journey through smiles and thoughts and tears.
